ACTIVITY ESTANCO S.A. is a Spanish company, created in 1984, which specialises in the development and manufacturing of MECHANICAL FIXTURES for the construction sector. Thanks to our highly qualified team of professionals and a constant striving to meet market demands, using cutting edge technologies, we offer the highest guarantee and reliability of all our products. The objective of our company, through innovation and creativity, is to satisfy customer needs by finding economical and reliable solutions to fixture problems. ESTANCO fixtures and fasteners are highly developed in terms of functionality. The manufacturing materials used are of the highest quality and before leaving our warehouses, are submitted to a final stringent control, as we require our Brand to always be associated with high quality products. One of the principle concerns of our technical team is to give a satisfactory solution to the corrosion problem, which appears in fixtures, and we are well aware of the costly consequences of the damage caused by oxidation. Consequently, we have invested enormous effort into this, and currently offer coatings, which considerably improve performance against the corrosion of traditional galvanic coatings. For this reason we have included stainless steel in our range of self-drilling screw products. The stainless steel, which contains an austenitic, used for the manufacture of these screws, is of the highest quality, which means corrosion can be prevented in normal situations. This type of fixture is inevitably more expensive, but not only contributes to the quality of the building and to the final work result of our clients, but is also more cost-effective. ESTANCO currently has a research and development agreement with the THE SCHOOL OF EXPERIMENTAL SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY at the University of Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, where all our products are submitted to stringent controls in order to guarantee their functionality and quality, producing professional and exhaustive technical documentation for each one. The high quality products of the ESTANCO Brand must adhere to strict requirements in terms of the quality of materials, manufacturing and technical perfection, and for this reason we have the UNE-EN-ISO-9001: 2000 certification.
