Liquid filtration Fibertex offers a diverse range of needled filter media with excellent retention and high flow capacity. The pore size ranges from 1 to 200 microns. Fibertex filter media are manufactured from FDA / EC -certifikovaného material that is approved for use in the food industry. Sorption filtration Fibertex offers high quality nonwoven fabric for filters containing activated carbon which have a unique ability to absorb odors, smoke and vapors. Sorption filters are combined with standard filtration materials for mechanical filtration. They have excellent durability and serviceability. To achieve better performance can be combined with pre-filters. Nanofibres Fibertex has conducted extensive research into nanofibres and launched production of commercial products. The main benefits of filter media Fibertex nanofibre include greater efficiency filtration with low pressure drop compared to standard filters. HANNAHCUP, FAQ 1. I AM HAVING TROUBLE REMOVING THE CUP! The trick is to get comfortable and relax. Either squat down, sit on the toilet, or stand with one leg slightly elevated on a stable surface. Slowly and gently pull the stem until you can reach the base. Pinch the base to break the seal. Slowly remove the cup, while making sure the cup is upright to avoid spillage. *Note: Rocking from side to side can assist with removal. 2. HOW DO I INSERT MY HANNAHCUP? 1) Wash your hands and cup with unscented mild soap using warm water. Fold the cup using your preferred method (refer to instruction leaflet or website for folding methods). 2) Get comfortable. Either squat down, sit on the toilet, or stand with one leg slightly elevated on a stable surface. Gently insert the cup into your vagina. Make sure the top curved rim goes in first with the stem pointing out. 3) Once fully inserted, remove your fingers to allow the cup to open. You may need to adjust the cup to create a good seal. You can do this by gripping the base and twisting gently. 4) To check the cup has created a seal, pull slightly on the stem to test for resistance. If you feel resistance, a seal has been created. 3. HOW LONG CAN I USE THE HANNAHCUP FOR? Hannahcup can be worn for up to 8-12 hours. Depending on your flow you may need to empty your cup more frequently. (*8 hours recommended according to ACCC in Australia.) 4. WHAT IS HANNAHCUP MADE OUT OF? Hannahcup is made from 100% Medical Grade Silicone. 5. HOW DO I CLEAN MY HANNAHCUP? Empty and wash your Hannahcup thoroughly with warm water and unscented mild soap. 6. HELP, MY HANNAHCUP IS UNCOMFORTABLE. When inserted correctly, your Hannahcup should not cause you any discomfort. There may be various reasons why your Hannahcup is causing you discomfort. You may feel uncomfortable due to the stem, try to insert the cup higher into the vaginal cavity or If you still feel uncomfortable, you can trim the stem slightly to shorten. Please do not trim the stem whilst inserted and do not cut the stem off entirely as this may damage the cup and make removal difficult. The placement of the cup will vary as each person’s cervix is different. To ensure a comfortable fit, insert your Hannahcup so it sits just below your cervix. Your body could just be getting to your Hannahcup, it may take a few tries to find the correct fold and positioning that suits your vagina. Hannahcup comes in two different sizes: Small and Medium. You may need to try the smaller or larger size. 7. CAN I USE THE HANNAHCUP WITH A HEAVY FLOW? Yes absolutely! The only thing to keep in mind is that with a heavier flow you may need to empty your cup more frequently. We would suggest using a Hannahpad Pantyliner to use as a backup when starting with your Hannahcup. 8. CAN I URINATE WHILE USING MY HANNAHCUP? Yes! You do not have to remove Hannahcup when you pee. The cup is sitting in your vagina while you urinate from your urethra. 9. CAN I HAVE SEX WITH THE CUP IN? Remove Hannahcup prior to having sex. Hannahcup is not a contraceptive device and will not protect you against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. 10. WILL THE CUP GET LOST INSIDE ME? Hannahcup cannot get lost in your vagina. It may move higher inside your vagina during use, but you will always be able to retrieve it. If you are experiencing trouble reaching the cup, try to relax your vaginal muscles as much as possible, gravity will assist the cup in sliding further down. To help ease the cup further down use your abdominal muscles to push downwards until you can reach the cup with your fingertips. 11. CAN VIRGINS USE HANNAHCUP? Yes, you can certainly use Hannahcup if you are a virgin. As soon as you begin menstruation you can start using your Hannahcup. 12. CAN I SWIM WHILE USING THE HANNAHCUP? Absolutely, Hannahcup is perfect for ensuring a leak-free swimming experience! 13. CAN I USE THE HANNAHCUP WITH AN IUD? If you wear an IUD, please consult a medical practitioner prior to using Hannahcup. 14. HOW TO INSERT HANNAHCUP 1) Fold the cup using your preferred method. Re-insert cup or boil before storing for next use. NOTE: Ensure the small suction holes just below the top rim of the cup are fully cleaned.
