Please quote us your best price Specifications of Eggs • A Grade • White Shell • Clean – No dirt • Cracks less than 5% upon receiving. • No blood and meat spots • Free from Salmonella bacteria • Free from Antibiotic residue • Haugh Unit above 70 • Yolk color between 11 and 14 – color fan • Large eggs 53-63 grams Labelling (Egg Stamping) The colour of stamping shall be; a) Green colour for the eggs which are locally produced or imported from GCC Countries, the stamp shall contain the name of the country or it’s international code. b) Red Colour for eggs imported from all other countries the stamp shall contain the name of the country or it’s international code. Packing (Boxes) • The only allowed marking on the boxes shall be the egg size and what is required by law.. Expiry: • The expiry date shall be 90 days from the date of production or 65 days from the date of delivery, at the agreed CIF delivery location. Production Dates • The Production date, the expiration date, and the shelf life of the Products shall be clearly listed.
